I successfully upgraded from 15 to 16 and took point updates up to 16.1.0. The packages are good since I downloaded them from My VMware and have successfully used them before. I spend hours with a IT person from my company and the best we could do is eventually install 15.1, but I really need 16 and have a key for it. Since the first step on an upgrade is an uninstall, I was VM-less. This may indicate a problem with this package. 'The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package.
